Luis is a first time builder in a country where amateur
boatbuilding western style has little or no tradition, few
suppliers of anything specialist and no one much to ask except
the jwbuilders group and a couple of other Swaggie builders.
Although the plans have a great deal of detail, I expect to
learn a bit from this , and its going to be fun to watch and
be a part of Luis' project.
So far so good.
