Picara

Hi Chuck,

Well, I worked like the beejeebers but didn't get it 3D before the end of the month. This is Jim Michalak's Picara. You can put it into your index of trailerable cruisers now I suppose :)

Jim had a valid point when he advised in one of his letters that you shouldn't start a boat over 16 feet without some serious thought. I could tell that it was going to be pretty big when I had the side seams taped and laid out on the patio. But tonight it really came alive when my son Daniel helped me nail and screw all these odd sized wood pieces together.

More later. My goal is to splash her in Lake Powell in September 2004. I hope there is still some water in the lake. It is down about 94 feet.
